ASSOCIATE NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST
Vicky has always been passionate about studying health and wellbeing, having studied her first Degree in Health and Community Studies at the University of Chester. This led Vicky into working within the field of Environmental Health, Health and Safety and Animal Health. Although these areas primarily focused on external wellbeing and environment, Vicky felt that something was lacking in terms of looking at our internal wellbeing and how this can influence and impact on a person’s overall health and happiness.
Having had periods of classic burnout, doing too much and neglecting one’s own self care, Vicky decided to explore her own health by enrolling at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and studying to be a registered Nutritional Therapist. Vicky identified that Nutrition and lifestyle practices can have a significant influence on enriching our health and happiness for the better.
Vicky has a calming nature and is particularly interested in finding balance in the hectic lives that we can lead. Having a Post Graduate Diploma in Managing Business Excellence, Vicky is enthusiastic about continuous improvement and always striving to do the best for her clients and inspiring them to be the best possible versions of themselves.
Vicky is registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and is regulated and governed by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is recognised with many insurance companies.
Vicky is at Swan on the 2nd Monday of each month.
