BACK, NECK & SHOULDER PAIN

Most issues within these areas can be treated by Physiotherapy

Pain in these areas can be caused by a modern lifestyle where we spend more time driving, sitting and using computers (especially with the new Home Working as a result of COVID-19!)

It can also be due to some degeneration (wear and tear) at the joints in these areas, or muscle tension.

Most issues within these areas can be treated by Physiotherapy by using a combination of  postural advice, exercises, joint mobilisations, massage, electrotherapy, TENS or Acupuncture.

Our Clinical Pilates classes can also help retrain the muscles around this area and promote relaxation.
