A low-impact exercise aimed at strengthening your core and reversing the effects of modern day postures such as sitting, computer work and driving. An excellent way of managing spinal conditions and arthritis.

Our instructors are Clinical Pilates trained meaning that they can adapt the classes around medical conditions. We also offer ante- and post-natal classes as part of our ‘Cygnets’ service. We recommend all clients to have an assessment with the instructor prior to starting a class so that we can ensure individual needs are being met in a class environment. 1-2-1 sessions are also available until/if a class environment is suitable.

COVID-19 Current Restrictions

Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not taking any NEW Clients into our Face to Face Pilates Classes currently – however we have options via our Physio and Sports Therapy Team and Virtual alternatives which can be completed at home or at the clinic if you struggle for space and/or peace and quiet at home!
