You will be sent forms to update us prior to the session to maximise your Practitioner’s time with you and for us to check if this length of appointment is needed (if not we will reduce it down – but best to book longer so if we need it we have it!)
Mini-Reactivation
A session if you have not been to see us in a while, or to assess a different problem so we know to expect something different for you – it is likely to mainly be to assess the problem only and provide advice – treatment may be limited. If you want to be sure to get treatment in this visit as well, then book a full ‘Reactivation ‘ session.

An Assessment only to get to the bottom of the problem you are facing and to agree an appropriate treatment plan. If you want to be sure of receiving treatment as well in this time please book the longer Initial Assessment option which also includes treatment time as well.
If you have seen us before for Physio / Sports Therapy then please book a ‘Reactivation’ Session.

If you want more than one area of the body treating in a session to allow us time to treat both areas effectively
To achieve the best results we use a combination of ‘Hand On’ treatments within our sessions. Each session is individualised but usually include a combination of the following key elements:
