Online Payments

Welcome to Swan’s online payments page! 

In March we introduced a system of payment by phone prior to appointment in order to support Covid infection control.  Unfortunately, there have been technical difficulties with the phone system and delays which were out of our control in setting up alternative options.  

Thanks to everyone for being so patient. 

We’re glad to say that things have moved on from March but nothing is back to ‘normal’ as enhanced infection control measures still need to be in place.  We are therefore still requesting payment in advance of appointment to reduce congestion at the Reception desk.

You can now use your debit or credit card to: 

  1. Pay Online for appointments booked in clinic or by phone at
    • Click on the picture of the clinician you have an appointment with 
    • Choose appointment type you need to pay for (shown on your email booking confirmation) 
    • Go to checkout to provide card details (and discount code if you have one)
  2. Book your appointment online (limited services) through our webpage at 
  3. Pay Online from a pay link sent to your email by a member of the Swan team
  4. Pay by phone to 01782 405500

Please note that we use a secure call handling service when we are unable to answer the phone in clinic so you may speak to someone who is not a member of the Swan Reception teamThey will need your full name and phone number as they do not have access to your Swan file.
